My Personal Jerusalem Journey Journal

August 21-September 2, 2005

 

Since December 1996, I have known I would travel to Jerusalem one day.  I just didn’t know when, but I knew G-d had given me a sign that I would go.  I was very excited at the prospect of going – someday.  It was the Peter Jennings’ “Abraham Stories” that aired in December 1996 around the Christmas holidays that put the fire in me to go.

ONE HUMANITY – ONE LOVE

On March 27, 2006, an interfaith group of 8 Jews, 9 Muslims, and 12 Christians, embarked on an interfaith journey to the country of Turkey.  Our group was very diverse and consisted of 18 females and 11 males; 11 African-Americans, 14 Caucasians, 2 Latinos, 1 African and 1 Asian; 11 under the age of 40 and 18 over the age of 40 who are members of the World Pilgrims.
